Embracing advanced analytics helps providers employ proactive care for residents while also beginning to predict risk for certain events before they happen. The challenge for most organizations is realizing the data maturity that yields these insights and leads to the optimization promised land.
This session will discuss the stages of analytics maturity and how leaders can assess the analytics maturity within their organization, as well as strategies to build and maintain a culture of analytics literacy. We'll share real world examples of how employing advanced analytics created transformation and enhanced the quality of care in two different health care systems.
