This session will round up the latest federal regulatory revisions and additions, both proposed and final. During the COVID-19 health pandemic, CMS has issued multiple blanket waivers to its post-acute regulations. The session will answer the question of what happened to the 2019 proposed regulations, as well as the guidance on the Phase 3 elements of the requirements of participation.
