Our Health Sciences Department represents clients across virtually every subsector of health care and life sciences. The firm’s Health Care Transactions and Regulatory group brings a one-stop shop for health care M&A and regulatory counsel in the post-acute setting. We have extensive experience representing all providers and suppliers in the post-acute and senior living space, including pharmacies, rehab, home health and hospice, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities group homes and outpatient behavioral health facilities. Our multidisciplinary team provides the advice to providers to effectively navigate a highly regulated and shifting landscape.
