Guide Path is a national certification program for senior living providers focused on Expectations Management, Proactive Risk Mitigation and Process Improvement.
Certification is achieved through completing nine modules of education, training and process plan curriculum engaging the interdisciplinary Guide Path Team with learning and implementation that promote quality of life, a person-directed care culture and risk management. The program is presented by national experts in the various subjects.
Residents and Families also receive an Insight Survey with 25 questions focused on key high risk areas in senior living to help understand and manage expectations. The Survey Rating and High Risk Playbook include proactive plans for managing unrealistic expectations.
Guide Path includes a community resource center and advanced certification opportunities as well as peer mentoring and support.
