Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the official housing provider for AHCA/NCAL's 73rd Convention & Expo. No other housing company, booking agent, or travel agency is authorized to make or confirm hotel reservations on behalf of AHCA/NCAL or its sponsors. CMR is the only housing provider that has entered into agreements with the official convention hotels and are the only one authorized to guarantee rates and accommodations during the convention dates.
Please use our online reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional changes or contact CMR directly. Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please e-mail AHCA/NCAL Housing.
Attendee Housing
Note: Attendees MUST be registered for convention before your request for hotel reservations will be processed and confirmed! If you register online, you can link to the housing website and make a guaranteed hotel reservation at the same time.
Staying within the official AHCA/NCAL housing block will result in a $100 discount of the registration fees (exclusions apply). If attendees book housing in the official AHCA/NCAL housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $100 registration fee will automatically be charged.
Not eligible for the $100 discount: Quality Award Recipients, Quality Award Examiners, One-Day Package, Expo Hall Pass, Guest Full Package.

Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitors MUST have reserved a booth space with payment before hotel reservations can be processed and confirmed. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your booth reservation before making a hotel reservation. Exhibitor housing and registration details will be emailed to the booth contact representative upon booth confirmation. Questions can be directed to Exhibitor Housing.
