Surgery Summit Registration Rates

Did you miss Surgery Summit online registration? Register onsite in Portland! Visit the registration desk in the Oregon Convention Center.

The fastest way to register onsite is to download and print an Onsite Registration Form, and bring the filled out form to Registration.

Onsite Registration Rates

Full meeting registration includes the Mark W. Allam Lecture, keynote lectures, lunches, access to the exhibit hall, the Scientific Poster Session, and multiple networking events. One-day registrations have access to all seminars and events specific to that one day only.

Please note: registrants will need to provide their license number during the registration process in order to receive CE credit for the 2022 ACVS Surgery Summit.

Laboratory Registration

Laboratory registration has closed.

Cancellation/Change Policy

An administrative fee of $75 will be charged per item changed within your registration. A $75 fee will be assessed upon cancellation of full meeting registration. After the deadlines (laboratories and AO PEER after August 26; meeting registration after September 9), cancellation requests will be granted only in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family, medical emergency) and must be supported by written documentation. Please allow 30 days for processing refund requests. All refunds and changes must be requested in writing:
