We will review interpretation of hypercortisolism testing including low dose dexamethasone testing, high dose dexamethasone testing, and ACTH stimulation testing. We will also discuss using endogenous ACTH to differentiate between pituitary and adrenal dependent disease.
Upon completion, participants will be able to interpret challenging low dose dexamethasone test results
Upon completion, participants will be able to explain the use of endogenous ACTH levels in determining the type of hyperadrenocorticism present in a dog
