Daniel (Dan) Logan has been the Director of Performance Improvement + Quality Management at On With Life since 2018. At On With Life, he has lead the transition to several new EMR platforms to increase consistent data capture and improved care. Along with this, he has led the performance improvement efforts in a variety of departments, and introduced the organization to the use of Scrum processes. Before On With Life, he has worked in the brain injury and healthcare field for the last decade at community, post-acute, and long-term care providers. Focusing on outcomes and making meaningful measures to improve quality of services, he has worked on streamlining documentation capture and focusing on reducing clinician staff time to measure and analyze results. His previous work in the quality space of the CPC+ CMS program set a base knowledge of EMR based quality measures. He also champions the more unique form of engaging his co-workers through improv and humor.
