Samantha Castillo-Mallory D.O. received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022 at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is currently completing her intern year training in the Transitional Year Program at HCA Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare after which she plans to pursue a psychiatry residency program. In her free time she volunteers as a crisis intervention responder with the Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline and the Crisis Text Line.
