Denise Crow received her BSPharm degree from the University of Houston. She has practiced for over 20 years in the rehabilitation setting. She has been a clinical pharmacist for the pediatric, spinal cord injury and brain injury programs at TIRR. She has developed several educational presentations for physicians, nursing staff and patients. She is a preceptor for pharmacy students from five colleges of Pharmacy. She has received the Houston/Galveston Preceptor of the Year award from the University of Texas. She has been a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist since 2004. She is a founding board member, Clinic Coordinator and current President for the non-profit organization Rehabilitation Services Volunteer Project Texas. She is passionate about providing rehabilitation services for the uninsured and underinsured persons with disabilities in our community.
