Dr Keole is a board certified physiatrist in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Her practice interests include cancer rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic procedures, interventional spine procedures and non-interventional management of musculoskeletal impairments.
Dr Keole completed medical school training at Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India.followed by PM&R training at the Rehabilitation institute of Michigan in Detroit, a fellowship in Spinecare and pain at the University of Florida and training in acupuncture through the Harvard Acupuncture training course. Dr Keole joined the Phoenix VA as a staff physiatrist in 2014 and worked with community partner HonorHealth to establish their PM&R residency program which was accredited in 2018 . She also holds the position of PM&R Service Chief at Phoenix VA Hospital.
