Shawn Jorgensen, MD, is a Clinical Professor at Albany Medical College, an Adjunct Professor at the Larner Medical College at the University of Vermont, and a partner at Adirondack Rehabilitation, PLLC. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neuromuscular Medicine and Sports Medicine by the ABPMR, ABPN, and ABFM respectively, in Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Neuromuscular Ultrasound by the ABEM, and in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound by the APCA and STEP certified by the AAPM&R. His clinical and research interests include neuromuscular and electrodiagnostic medicine, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, and in particular the use of neuromuscular ultrasound in the electrodiagnostic lab.
