Ning Cao, M.D., associate professor(PAR) at Johns Hopkins school of medicine. She has training and expertise in spasticity management and implementing innovative technology to help patients recover and regain independence after a brain injury and other neurologic conditions. In addition, she is a certified musculoskeletal sonographer and performs acupuncture for neurological recovery and pain management.
