Chloe Slocum, MD, MPH is a practicing physical medicine and rehabilitation physician and spinal cord injury specialist who serves individuals affected by paralysis, neurologic illness, and catastrophic injuries. Dr. Slocum is a leading expert in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation on disability and health equity, health policy, quality outcomes, and health care reform. She is also a lifelong advocate for people with disabilities and their family members and caregivers, particularly those from historically underserved communities. Dr. Slocum is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (BA ‘07) and the Columbia University Vallegos College of Physicians & Surgeons (MD ‘11). She served as a 2016-2017 Commonwealth Mongan Fellow in Minority Health Policy at Harvard Medical School and graduated with a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (MPH ‘17). She is the Associate Director of Quality for Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and the Director of Health Policy and Assistant Professor in the Harvard Medical School Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
