Keara McNair is an advanced clinical specialist occupational therapist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ with over ten years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation. Keara obtained Board Certification in Physical Rehabilitation (BCPR) through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) in 2017, is a member of the AOTA BCPR job analysis and exam writing committee, and director of Kessler’s Occupational Therapy Fellowship Program in Physical Rehabilitation. Keara is also the clinical lead for Kessler’s inpatient cancer rehabilitation program and has presented nationally on management of individuals with metastatic cancer, predicting prognosis for individuals with cancer, cancer- related myelopathy, and navigating difficult conversations in inpatient rehabilitation.
