Dr. Daniel Moon is an attending physician at MossRehab. He is director of the intrathecal program and also evaluates and treats patients in the Gait Analysis Laboratory and Motor Contral Analysis Laboratory. He is a lecturer for the Annual Inter-City Gait and Orthotics course sponsored by the MossRehab/Temple University physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training program. Prior to medicine, he compleged graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh, where he performed research under the mentorship of Dr. Savio L-Y Woo at the Musculoskeletal Research Center in the field of ligament and tendon biomechanics. He completed residency at MossRehab/Temple University followed by a fellowship in neurorehabilitation at MossRehab. Dr. Moon has published many original papers, book chapters and has presented locally, nationally and internationally on biomechanics and rehabilitation medicine. He continues to be an active educator training residents as well as a researcher in rehabilitation and reviewer for several journals
