Kelly M. Crawford, MD, is an assistant professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, with a specialty in brain injury, at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Crawford earned her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati and went to the University of Pittsburgh for fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine. She is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine.
Dr. Crawford is currently the Brain Injury Program Medical Director and the Residency Program Director for the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program. She obtained ACGME accreditation for the Carolinas Rehabilitation Brain Injury Fellowship in 2017 and served as the Brain Injury Medicine Fellowship Director through February 2022.
