This lecture will focus on integrative approaches to low back pain including evidence-based lifestyle changes, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and acupuncture. Additionally, it will be a summary and synthesis of components of the other session lectures to build a roadmap for using lifestyle and integrative treatments as part of a comprehensive multi-modal pain management to low back pain.
