Attendees will learn about writing personal statements for academic medicine (for medical residency and beyond) as well as writing letters of support while avoiding implicit gender bias via interactive lecture/recent literature update . By the end of this session, you’ll learn how to write strong letters of recommendation for medical students seeking residency positions, residents seeking fellowship opportunities, and academic physiatrists seeking advancement and promotion.
