Spasticity is a widely under treated problem. Presentations of spasticity can vary according to the etiology and other clinical characteristics. To achieve maximum satisfaction with goals, a multimodal combination approach to treatment is often necessary. In this session, physicians with recognized expertise in spasticity management will discuss combining various treatment options to maximize success. A case-based format will be used to demonstrate what patient characteristic might prompt a particular treatment combination. A tailored approach to spasticity management will be emphasized.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the breadth of available treatment options for comprehensive spasticity management.
Identify patients who may be candidates for various spasticity interventions.
Identify combinations of therapeutic options that may be more successful in achieving patient's goals.
Recognize when outcomes are suboptimal and what may be appropriate next steps in spasticity management.
