1. Scissoring gait with spastic hip adductors.
2. Stiff knee gait: treatment with quadriceps muscle chemo- denervation and/or femoral nerve motor branch blocks.
3. Genu recurvatum with spastic ankle plantar flexors: identifying and treating spastic muscles, and prescribing orthotics.
