Dr. Therattil (presenting fourth of the five faculty presenters) will introduce small group work, during which participants will use case-based learning to develop skills in curriculum review and identification of disability content that aligns with opportunities available within existing medical school curriculum structures. She will oversee the session faculty in providing mentorship and support for the small groups as they work through cases. Dr. Therattil will then provide a large group wrap-up and reflection on the small group work, encouraging participants to consider how they might apply new skills within their home institutions.
