This presentation discusses a 10 year old female with a history of bone marrow transplant, CD40 deficiency, hyper IgM syndrome, intermittent asthma, interstitial lung disease, and alopecia. This patient has had a history of pneumocystis pneumonia, cytomegalovirus infection, respiratory syncytial virus, candida albincans infections, and recently COVID-19. During dental examinations and radiographs this patient was found to have oligodontia (missing 11 permanent teeth), microdontia (tooth #25), and enamel hypomineralizations of all present permanent teeth. This case report will include clinical and radiographic findings and detail the treatment rendered to this patient.
