Introduction:
22q11 deletion is one of the most frequently encountered genetic syndromes. The phenotypic expression shows wide variability. Congenital heart defect, typical facial appearance, immune deficiency due to thymic hypoplasia, palatal cleft, hypocalcemia associated with hypoparathyroidism, developmental and behavioral problems associated with the syndrome. the frequency is estimated as 1/4000− 5000.

Case Report: This presentation discusses the etiology, symptoms, dental characteristics, implications and treatment rendered for a 3-year-old male patient with DiGeorge syndrome, Tetralogy of Fallot and pulmonary insufficiency was referred to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for treatment of Early Childhood Caries.
