Dr. Rodriguez-Lichtenberg, born and raised in Puerto Rico, graduated with a BS in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan in 2016. Soon after, completed a DDS degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry in 2020. In December 2021, an MPH in Public Health Practice from the University of Florida was completed.
