Dr. Andrew Heath grew up in Arkansas before moving to Texas to attend Baylor University. After graduation, he spent time working at Texas Heart Institute, followed by obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry. Thereafter, he completed a one year General Practice Residency in Little Rock, Arkansas at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He then spent a year working at Arkansas Children's Hospital treating pediatric and adult special needs patients as an Associate Professor. This is where he decided to pursue Pediatric Dentistry as a speciality. He is currently completing his Pediatric Dentistry residency in Dallas, Texas at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He will associating with a local private practice, as well as starting a pediatric dental practice of his own in Melissa, Texas. His wife, Dr. Elizabeth Heath, is an orthodontist and they have two children; Caroline (5) and Kate (2).
