Dr. Ariel Snell is a pediatric dental resident at Howard University. Dr. Snell graduated from the University of Pittsburgh as a dual-degree student in 2020 earning both a DMD and MPH. At the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Snell participated in the Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellowship Program, became first author of an article published in the Journal of the American Dental Association and won four awards for presenting her research. As a National Health Service Corps Scholarship recipient, Dr. Snell plans to work at a federally qualified health center as a pediatric dentist and create oral health education programs to enrich communities.
