Benign and malignant pathology represents a formidable element of oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. It is the purpose of this presentation to discuss these diagnoses, their novel treatment strategies and experience with these diagnoses from the perspective of third world volunteerism and global surgery.

Analyze the aggressive behavior of some benign jaw tumors and the surgical approaches available for their durable cure.
