Controversaries exist in the proper surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea as it is generally involving multi-level upper airway obstruction. Surgical success is critically dependent on correct identification of sites of obstruction in the upper airway. This symposium will highlight contemporary methods of multi-level obstruction methods that may aid the surgeon in performing the most appropriate surgery for the OSA individual.
