This session will identify, define and explore some of the most common and/or problematic complications of dentoalveolar and nerve repair procedures performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons by two recognized experts in the field. The program will feature closed claims processed through OMSNIC that involve dentoalveolar and nerve repair cases. This session will feature a legal member of the OMSNIC team to address unique legal aspects of each case and provide the audience with useful advice in terms of documentation and processing of litigations.
