Oral surgery practices are most effectively run with a cohesive, efficient team where each team member understands their individual role in achieving the practice objectives. Doctors, managers and team leaders need specific skills and strategies to create an empowered team, accountability and optimal performance that is not solely reliant upon the OMS.
