To "PE" or not to "PE” is a seminar that will provide a cursory understanding for any oral surgeons interested in gaining a greater understanding of what PE (private equity) is, what it values, various purchase models and key definitions utilized during a potential engagement. Factors and metrics important to them, along with items of importance to a practice principle, will be presented to be best prepared if choosing PE as a succession option.
