This lecture examines updates in personnel and employment laws and regulations as well as best practices for employee manuals and handbooks. "Hot button" issues such as harassment, discrimination, bullying and abuse of social media will be covered in addition to a review of updated federal employment laws that impact personnel actions and office policies.
