Registration fees include all educational sessions, professional networking events, exhibit hours, and social events. Registration for individual sessions is not available.
*To qualify for the Member rate, your membership status with ASTDD and/or AAPHD must be current at the time the online registration is complete. Membership status will be verified and if not current, you will be notified via email to renew/rejoin.
**To qualify for the student rate, you must be enrolled in a degree program (undergraduate, dental, dental hygiene, public health) at least 50% time or currently enrolled in an advanced education program. Proof of status is required. Please contact the AAPHD staff at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Q: Can I register for just one or two sessions?
A: Registration for individual sessions is not available. The registration fees include all educational sessions, exhibit hours, and social events.
Q: What if I registered but cannot attend?
A: If you registered for the conference and cannot attend, refunds will not be issued. Instead, you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing, either via email firstname.lastname@example.org and acknowledged by an NOHC staff member.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?

If you registered for the conference and cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and received in the NOHC office no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, Friday, March 15, 2022, via email to email@example.com and acknowledged in writing by an NOHC staff member.
If you cannot transfer the registration to another attendee, your cancellation request must be submitted in writing and received in the NOHC office no later than 4:00 pm CST, March 15, 2022, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and acknowledged in writing by a NOHC staff member. NOHC does not accept telephone cancellations.
Cancellations received on or before March 15, 2022, will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations received March 16, 2022, or later will not be refunded regardless of reason including, but not limited to, death, illness, acts of God, travel-related delays/cancellations, and non-approval of travel requests.
If you test positive for COVID within 14 days of the 2022 conference, once proof is sent to email@example.com, you may transfer your registration to a new registrant or it will be applied to the 2023 conference.
No shows, which includes travel-related delays/cancellations and non-approval of travel requests, will be not be issued a refund. No exceptions.
Telephone cancellations/transfers will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed four weeks after the Conference ends.
“NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q: Is there a group discount?
A: No, group discounts are not available.
Q: Can I register and pay via check?
A: Yes, you can elect to pay via check but you will not be able to enter the event until payment is received. Checks should be made payable to NOHC and mailed to the address below. NOHC New W-9 for 2022 - for check payments only. No checks or cash will be accepted on site.
