Mital Mehta, is the Vice President, Quality and Safety for GenesisCare. She has been in this role for over a year which oversees the quality, safety, and regulatory affairs team for the US operation. Mital has over 23 years of healthcare experience and is a nurse by background. Over her career, she has had many progressive leadership positions including clinical operations, quality and safety, and was the National Program Director, Director of Clinical Quality for a multi-year national patient safety and quality improvement program for the Department of Health and Human Services, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. In her current role, Mital has implemented a quality, safety, and clinical governance framework leading to positive change and improvement across the organization to improve quality of care for cancer patients.
