Nicole Marchesani, MHA, is a Practice Administrator for Penn Medicine's Radiation Oncology department. Nicole has been an employee of Penn Medicine for seven years, starting as a Patient Service Associate for the Abramson Cancer Center, and promoted to a management position with Radiation Oncology in 2018. Nicole is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). In 2020, Nicole received certification as a Process Improvement Yellow Belt through Penn Medicine's Department of Operations Improvement. Nicole is excited to be participating as a presentor this year for the 2022 ACRO SEALs Radiation Oncology Summit.
