Joseph S. Kascmar, RT (R)(T), CMD, MBA, FACHE is the Director of Radiation Oncology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and The Norris Cotton Cancer Center. The Norris Cotton Cancer Center is an NCI- designated Comprehensive Cancer Center located in Lebanon, New Hampshire with affiliate hospital and community-based practices located throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Joe holds board certifications in radiology, radiation therapy, and medical dosimetry and has reached Fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the New York Institute of Technology and has senior leadership experiance working with leading CoC and NCI- designated academic health systems, a Fortune 5 corporation, and privately held/investor-owned organizations, including McKesson and The US Oncology Network. Joe has demonstrated success leading multisite hospital and free-standing operations consisting of 100+ practice locations, 500+ employees, 100+ physicians, $100M+ net revenue. In his current role as Director of Radiation Oncology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health he is focused on market growth & expansion, clinical research & education, and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes.
