Timothy Meier, R.T.(R)(T)
Timothy has been practicing in radiation oncology at the Cleveland Clinic for more than 36 years. He is a radiologic technologist and radiation therapist and has been in his current role of quality coordinator and project manager for 32 years.
As the quality assurance and quality improvement program coordinator, Timothy coordinates all quality conferences, attends all quality assurance meetings throughout the Cleveland Clinic network, and orientates all new employees to quality and safety in radiation oncology. Quality imprvoement program developement has been a focus of Tim's for the past 12 years.
In addition, Timothy serves as the systems administrator for the department EMR. This role involves supporting the staff with applications training, supporting interfaces between hospital electronic medical record systems and the department R&V and integrating new departments.
Timothy. has been a member of the ASRT and OSRT for over 30 years and has been part of publications and presentations in quality improvment and safety.
