Alexander Louie MD, PhD, MSc, FRCPC is a Radiation Oncologist and Clinician Scientist at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre, and an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto. After completing his residency at Western University, he pursued a research fellowship with advaned degrees in epidemiology (MSc, Harvard School of Pubic Health) and SABR (PhD, VUMC Amsterdam). He is the SBRT lead at Sunnybrook, and his academic areas of interest are in comparative effectiveness, clinical trials, cost-effectiveness, patient reported outcomes, and health technology assessment within lung, kidney, and oligometastatic cancers.
