List real and relevant data about how a patient may learn about proton or other therapies: what outlets and avenues do patients research and utilize on their own? what information are they looking for? who do they turn to?
Define how to utilize patients as advocates: within your center, community and the radiation oncology community
Describe the good, bad and the reality of treatment PTSD from patient experiences and develop programs. Define processes to lessen this phenomona. Identify "pain points" for patients in the clinical setting: what they hear and feel outside their treatment and how does it impact them. Define ways to help patients move beyond dreading the next treatment.
