We specialise in the analysis of omega-3 and fatty acids found directly in oils and fats, but also contained in foodstuff such as infant formula, meats and eggs, and in clinical trial blood samples. We are one of the few laboratories in the world approved by both the UK MHRA and the US FDA for GMP analysis of oils and fats and has also undergone a successful GCP inspection by the MHRA. Last year the Mylnefield Lipid Analysis team were awarded 3rd out of 36 worldwide labs in the 2022-2023 GOED Omega-3 Nutraceutical Oils Proficiency Test.
