The key to building trust is communication. A few weeks ago, I & our #TeamBayer colleagues had the pleasure of meeting Emily Rees and folks from CropLife International here in our St. Louis site. As I mentioned in the video, having better communication between the ag sector and value chain enablers helps bridge the innovation gap and accelerates introduction of better solutions to farmers across the world.
