Environmental Sciences, Universidad de Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus
I'm a freshwater ecologist. I enjoy working both at the laboratory and the field, be it various streams in the rainforest or an urban ecosystem. Currently, a Master's in Environmental Sciences student at the Universidad de Puerto Rico-Río Piedras Campus (UPR-RP), where I also completed a bachelor's in Integrative Biology. My preferred topics of research are freshwater shrimp population dynamics and neuro-ecotoxicology, urban rivers, microscopy (environmental neuroscience), and conservation strategies.
