Mark Bolinger is a Research Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where his work focuses on understanding the cost, performance, and value of renewable generation within electricity markets. Since joining LBNL in 2000, Mark has authored or co-authored more than 150 reports and articles on these topics. Prior to Berkeley Lab, Mark spent eight years as a research and trading analyst with an institutional investment management firm. Mark holds a masters degree in Energy and Resources from the University of California at Berkeley, and a bachelors degree from Dartmouth College.
