Although there are many methods in which DVMs are compensated, the Pro-Sal method of compensation or a % of production are the most common methods. During this session, you will be provided with tips and resources regarding the proper way to implement and management this method of compensation. By the end of this session, you will have the ABCs and 123s all outlined and explained.
