Larry J. Sangrik, DDS is a 1979 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is a well-known speaker on medical emergency preparedness, dental fear and the use of conscious sedation in dentistry. In addition to three previous ADA meetings, he has presented courses at most of the nation's major dental meetings and five US dental schools. He was selected to develop and author the ADA's medical emergency manual and video training series. In addition to various publications, his research on medical emergencies during dental treatment was published by the American Association of Dental Boards. Dr. Sangrik practices general dentistry in Chardon, Ohio with an emphasis on treating apprehensive patients.
