Tom Kacirek, FSA, MAAA, is a vice president with Protective Life Insurance Company, responsible for the ADA Members Insurance Plans administration and service team operations. His twenty-eight year professional career spans the group life and health insurance markets as well as individual life insurance business management with expertise in pricing and product development. Tom holds a B.B.A. in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Registered Principal with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Gina Goodreau, Esq. is a second vice president, specialty insurance markets with Protective Life Insurance Company. She is primarily responsible for oversight of the ADA Members Insurance Plans claims administration and regulatory compliance matters, as well as lends expertise to key areas of the service team operations. Gina is a summa cum laude graduate of University of Denver where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor Degree. She is admitted to the Colorado Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Academy of Life Underwriting and Rocky Mountain Society of Home Office Underwriters.
Stephen B. Dunbar III, JD, CLU is executive vice president of Equitable Advisors Georgia Branch. In serving in this capacity since 2010, his mission is to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve and sustain financial stability. Prior to joining Equitable, Stephen was an attorney at Shaw Pittman, a Vice President in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and a co-founder and partner of a Private Equity firm.
Santo LoPorto is senior director of Equitable Financial for the ADA Members Retirement Program, with over 25 years of experience in the retirement and financial services industry. Santo is responsible for new business, product development and pricing, as well as association client relationship management services while working collaboratively with the Equitable Investment Management Group. Mr. LoPorto holds Series 6 and 26 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
