Have you tried to imagine what it is like in a courtroom during a dental malpractice trial? What questions are asked of the dentist? How is the dentist expected to answer? What will the attorney try to prove to find the dentist liable? Malpractice attorneys and a dental expert witness will recreate an actual malpractice case to help answer these questions. See for yourself how gut wrenching the experience can be. See you in court. Maybe you will be on the jury. The topic will be exciting.

Learning Objectives:

Understand what will take place in court during a malpractice lawsuit
Have a better understanding of questions that will be asked in court in front of a jury
Learn what needs to be proven in court to be found guilty of negligence and malpractice
