This course will review the steps necessary to take control of your practice’s online profiles and build them up. The course will walk you through the systems necessary to grow your online reputation in order to attract new patients. We will also perform the steps necessary to deal with and respond to negative reviews. This course is great for anyone wanting to take control of their online reputation and grow their practice!

Explore the process of claiming, building, and maintaining your practice profile on KEY sites
Initiate setting up your internal systems for getting patients to leave you more great reviews
