Primary Responsibilities: Brooke leads state, federal and international government advocacy around issues of core competitiveness related to energy and trade, as well as local community engagement and public affairs.
Experience and Expertise: Brooke began her government affairs career in Washington, DC, as federal government affairs representative for Sunoco, Inc. She joined The Dow Chemical Company in 2007 as political director to manage the Dow Employees Political Action Committee (DowPAC), then served as federal government affairs director for facility and supply chain security, transportation, and infrastructure. In 2010, she moved to Michigan to become state government affairs director, representing Dow in the Midwest region and leading the U.S. state government affairs team.
Education: Brooke holds a juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in philosophy from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Michigan Chemistry Council and the boards of the Midland Center for the Arts and Saginaw Chamber of Commerce
